‘Nightmare cinema’ is an American horror anthology film featuring work by five directors ( Alejandro Brugués, Joe Dante, Mick Garris, Ryūhei Kitamura, and David Slade). The project was announced in September 2017, but the film had its global premiere at the Fantasia International Film Festival in Canada on July 13, 2018. The movie is very captivating & entertaining. People’s fears grow in reality as they take a seat down alone in the theaters.
The film was nominated by the ‘Cleveland International Film Festival (2019)’ for Best American Independent Feature Film and also by ‘Fangoria Chainsaw Awards (2024)’ for best Limited Release Film.
The storyline revolves around five strangers converge at a haunted movie theater owned by The Projectionist (Mickey Rourke). Once inside, the audience members witness a chain of screenings that indicates them their innermost fears and darkest secrets and techniques over the following five tales:

Filmmaker Mick Garris is no longer a stranger to bringing several satisfactory visions in horror collectively. Garris currently showed that plans are underway for the anthology to get some other element, over again bringing together filmmakers from all over the arena or even having one script for the assignment completed, eleven.
