Mission: Impossible 7 and Mission: Impossible 8 add Nicholas Hoult to the cast, and allegedly, a villain role would be played. The Mission: Impossible series continues to shock and grow as it goes, following six films already in the franchise. The latest movie, Mission: Impossible-Fallout, has 97 percent of the highest score on Rotten Tomatoes in the whole series. The last two films, Mission: Impossible–Fallout and Mission: Impossible–Rogue Nation, were directed by Christopher McQuarrie. He directed Tom Cruise in Jack Reacher before. McQuarrie has been writing and led his entire Mission: Impossible Films for a while now, and he will carry on with the next two films.
Both Director McQuarrie and Hoult have posted the news on Instagram.
Other Cast Of Mission Impossible 7 And 8
Hoult’s presence in the series is not an utter surprise, as he collaborated with McQuarrie before. Hoult directed the 2013 film Jack the Giant Slayer that McQuarrie wrote for. Hoult is known for his work in action movies, Nux portraying Mad Max: Fury Road and Beast / Hank McCoy in X-Men movies, and for his dramatic films, including Rebel and Tolkien on the Rye. A few Marvel stars made prior casting announcements. Officially the cast was joined by Shea Whigham, who is known for Boardwalk Empire and starred in Agent Carter. The Guardian of Galaxy’s Pom Klementieff, and Agent Carter, Hayley Atwell, are also on board.
Mission Impossible 7 And 8 Release Date
It is expected that Mission Impossible 7 will be released on 21 July 2024. On 22 August 2024, just over one year after the seventh film, Mission Impossible 8 will be issued. McQuarrie films, both back-to-back and most definitely the story of the two films is intertwined. This is also essential considering that many actors are cast into both movies. There were no official titles for the film, and Cruise is expected to continue as the creator. The Mission: Impossible Series, with its incredible fighting scenes and memorable characters, remains one of the most valuable grossing franchises of all time.
Will Tom Cruise Join Mission Impossible 7 And 8?
Many say that Cruise is becoming too old to run an action series, but Mission: Impossible continues to show that Cruise can keep up with everybody. He will look fit and convincing when battling a 35-year-old muscular Henry Cavill in Mission: Impossible-Fallout. His action films continue to dominate the box office as well as critical achievements. Cruise developed, with himself as the lead actor, a straightforward formula for success. Maverick will be the ultimate test of this film, but if people keep watching his action films, there is no reason to stop.
Each film of the Mission Impossible had an exclusive actor who eventually played a significant role in the missions of Ethan Hunt. Jeremy Renner was one of Hunt’s most prominent teammates in the Ghost Protocol a few months before becoming the Hawkeye and facing the Man of Steel in Fallout himself. It is not shocking that a former X-Men star-like Nicholas Hoult has been involved in these previous castings. Because Hoult should be the villain of the two films, McQuarrie and Tom Cruise are planning essential plans for him as part of the future of this series.
