After the immense success of the third instalment to the Bad Boys franchise, Sony has confirmed that part four is in working. The third one, Bad Boys For Life became the highest-grossing movie of 2024 prior to the Coronavirus pandemic.
If you have watched the entire film till the last, there was a post-credit scene which completely hinted out on a fourth instalment to the franchise. It is really good that the Will Smith and Martin Lawrence starrer upcoming flick had been given a greenlight timely, unlike the third instalment which got a release after 17 long years.
Jerry Bruckheimer Has Officially Revealed About The Fourth Part
Now regarding the release, producer Jerry Bruckheimer revealed that currently we are in the drafting process and taking things slowly. And because of the ongoing pandemic, all the other movies, shows had been put to hold, by banning public gatherings to prevent the further spread of the deadly virus.
Hence, all the scheduled 2024 released have been pushed to 2024. Which means, even if it wants to, then also Sony would not be coming up with the fourth instalment anytime sooner till two years to the maximum.
The film revolves around two people who are in the Police. But things start to get worst as they predicting each other’s real identity. The film takes us on a journey of comedy along with full dose of thriller and drama. And we are full of hopes that the upcoming instalment would also hit the iron.
