Enola Holmes: Has Netflix Revealed A Release Date? What Is Known So Far

Enola Holmes is an upcoming film on the leading online streaming giant Netflix. The titular character is shown as the younger sister of the famous and witty Sherlock Holmes. The film is actually an adaptation of a novel of the same name written by Nancy Springer who has introduced the character of Enola Holmes to the readers. Ofcourse she doesn’t exist in any of the earlier Sherlock Holmes stories because it is a creation of Nancy.

Do We Have Release Date For Enola Holmes

Netflix recently announced that the British mystery film is all set to get a release this year in September 2024. However, until now there is no update on an exact release date. But not to worry since not much days are left for September to come and surely in the coming few days Netflix would announce a release date along with the trailer.

What Is Enola Holmes Based On?

The story begins with Enola waking up for her sixteenth birthday and finding out that her mother is missing. There is no clue of her anywhere and she seeks help from her elder brothers who deny and gets.her admitted to a high school. However, afterall Enola is Sherlock’s sister and she begins her journey to find out about her mother which takes her to unravel a bigger conspiracy she didn’t imagine about. Ohhh, quiet spooky!!

The production and every other thing related to the film is done and now what is left is that the viewers begin watching it.

Cast In Enola Holmes

The film stars Millie Bobby Brown as the titular character along with;

  • Henry Cavill as Sherlock Holmes,
  • Sam Claflin as Mycroft Holmes,
  • Helena Bonham Carter as Eudoria Holmes and other characters too.
