That the murder suspect would claim demonic possession as a defense.
It goes without saying that The Conjuring franchise is one of the most popular and famous horror franchises. However, fans have a few questions about this upcoming movie.
Will Conjuring 3 be the same as a prequel?
While some things are exactly the same, there are some obvious changes in this sequel. Instead of a classic drama story, it will have a mix of genres as it will serve as a courtroom drama and not just a haunted story. Obviously we’ll see Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga in action again, but this will also be the first title in the main series directed by James Wan.
Will Conjuring 3 stick to its original story?
Fans have always appreciated the fact that Ed and Lorraine’s research is based on real cases. Thus, the third part of the film will also keep the tradition alive. The film will focus on the trial of Arne Cheyenne Johnson, a defendant, who argues his case based on demonic possession.
Will the film align with reality?
We already know that in the Arne Cheyenne Johnson case, he was finally found guilty and sentenced to 10-20 years. We are not sure if the film would portray the same conclusion. This may or may not change the ending since Jonson only completed 5 years of service.
Will there be a jump in the timeline?
The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me This will likely set in the 1980s as Johnson’s Trail was established in 1981. Although 2 events occurred at Conjuring in 1977, this means a huge difference between towing events. In that case we could see a possible spin-off or the movie could give an example of what these demons were!
Will there be room for a possible split?
With the exception of The Lorona’s Curse, Conjugated Fenchez made it separate from major conjugation movies. So Conjuring 3 may very well be able to perform similar tasks, but we certainly don’t know anything yet.
