A 42-year-old lady has been detained for four days to support police examinations into an alleged physical act with a man at the bathroom of a temple.
This news came about after the police officials obtained a report from the temple chairman. The detainment order originated from yesterday.
“The closed-circuit television (surveillance) camera tape also showed that three other men were around the premises, with one of them considered to have videotaped the scene.
“We are watching for all of them, including the individual in the physical act,” stated North Seberang Prai OCPD Assitant Comm Noorzainy Mohd Noor recently.
“Primary examination revealed the woman had performed the indecency with a man in his 40s at the bathroom,” he continued.
A 59-second videotape revealing a couple allegedly included in the physical act has since spread virally on the internet.
ACP Noorzainy declared the woman was tested certain for narcotics, continuing that the matter was being examined under Section 294(a) of the Penal Code for committing an indecent act in public and under Section 233 of the Multimedia Communication Act for sharing outlawed content.
The Police Officials further added that they are pursuing the other three men involved in the matter and charge them according to the liable charges. The police officials requested the public to report any knowledge about the men include in the case and contact them at their helpline.
