Wonder Woman 1984: Check Plot Details Of The Upcoming Sequel Of DC Film

Wonder Woman is one of the iconic characters of DC who first introduced in the comics. In DCEU, Gal Gadot played the role of the superheroine, and she had done a fabulous job in portraying her. In 2017, the first film released that was directed by Patty Jenkins, and it becomes one of the highest-grossing superhero films. Soon after its huge success, the second film announced with the title Wonder Woman 1984.

Storyline

In the original film, we saw the back story of Diana Prince from her childhood to became Wonder Woman. Now the sequel will reveal new exciting things, it is set in the year 1984, and the surprise is Steve Trevor is also included who died in the plane explosion in the first film. So from the sequel, we will know how he is still alive.

Wonder Woman will fight with her two main opponents who are Maxwell Lord, and Cheetah and Trevor will help Diana on her mission as a friend.

Release Date 

When the government decided to shut the cinemas because of coronavirus, it resulted in the delay of many upcoming films, and Wonder Woman 1984 is one of them. At first, it was slated to release in theaters on June 4, 2024, then Warner Bros. delayed to August 14, 2024.

But still, Warner Bros. had to delay the film and now it is set to release on October 2, 2024. Movies like The Batman, The Matrix 4, Godzilla Vs Kong, also postponed by the studio.
