Apparently, the animated short piece from the popular series The Simpsons titled Longest Daycare is all set to join the rest of the series on Disney+, slated to begin on 29th May. The upcoming four-minute film revolves around Maggie’s return on the Ayn Rand School for Tots and some more of her bittersweet rivalry with the unibrow-sporting Baby Gerald.

The story takes a complicated turn when this baby steals Maggie’s heart and Maggie can’t wait to see her beloved on the following day, but things don’t go quite as she planned.

Moreover, while Playdate With Destiny was initially conceived as part of a story for an episode of The Simpsons. The story eventually got picked up and turned into its own short film. Disney+ is going to bring about several other cool projects that we’re rushed to Disney+ early in the pandemic, shortly after stay-at-home orders closed most American theaters due to social distancing.
