“Shark Tank” celebrity Kevin O’Leary’s spouse was charged in August’s fatal boat accident in Canada that left two people dead.

Linda O’Leary, 56, was charged with careless operation of a boat. Kevin O’Leary’s rep, Jay Sures, supported the fee within an email to USA TODAY Tuesday.
