New York’s School Administration’s Employee Accused Of Child Molestation Charges

The national authority has accused a 39-year-old high-ranking Department of Education deputy of purportedly using technology to promote a child abuse in Wisconsin.

On December 30, the officials detained a 39-year-old man named David Arnold Hay at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee.

The 39 years old man was officer chief of staff for Schools Chancellor Richard Carranza. After his arrest, he had fired from his post.

The DOE announced the accusations ‘…incredibly unpleasant and completely unacceptable,’ continuing it ‘…took quick action removing Mr Hay from payroll and are firing him.’

Carranza said, ‘There is no room, whether in my office or this school system, for anyone who has been accused of that kind of crime.’

According to the criminal’s social site account, he started working for the DOE in 2016, first as personal assistant to then-Schools Chancellor Carmen Farina. He facilitated in the fall of 2018 his old position under Carranza.

In 2005, Hay began working for the Kettle Moraine School District as a high school teacher and became the leader of students and linked with the principal, according to a source.

The 39 years old man went on to work as the district’s career and technical education supervisor and the manager of the Kettle Moraine Summer Academy.

The criminal operated a dating app to communicate with a “teen” who Hay considered was a 14-year-old boy from Neenah. The “teen” was a Neenah police detective, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.

According to the announcement, Hay ostensibly reserved a “whirlpool suite” at a Neenah hotel to meet the kid.
