Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) congratulated NASA and SpaceX for their successful manned mission launch which is termed as a historic event.
The SpaceX’s Dragon spacecraft has successfully docked to International Space Station with the two American astronauts after the historic launch from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
This has marked as a new dawn of an age in the commercial space travel towards space. Saturday’s launch assumes to be significant as it marks the launch of humans into orbit from US soil for the first time after a decade.

The SpaceX spacecraft has to carry the two astronauts was lifted off at around 3.22 pm atop the Falcon 9 rocket from NASA’s launch complex 39A. Currently, India is focusing on preparing its first manned space mission called “Gaganyaan” to space.
It is a 10,000 crore project and is expected to get launched during 2024 – during the 75th anniversary of India’s independence. The four Indian pilots were currently undergoing training in Moscow and are going to be selected as the potential candidates for the Gaganyaan project.
