Its been a long time when the second part of Guardians of the Galaxy released in the theaters. The film introduced Star Lord’s father, Ego, and sadly we lost our favorite character of Yondu as he died in the climax. The good news is the Guardians will return for the third film named Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol.3. James Gunn is coming back to direct it and he had the plans for the third part even before the second film was not released.
The director Gunn was earlier removed from the film by Disney but then the studio later rehired him after the star cast and fans stand for him for his return. H is also working on DC’s film The Suicide Squad. Below is everything which you should know about it:
Production
The production is not started yet on the third film as James Gunn claimed earlier that he will start after finishing work on DC’s flick. Earlier, some sources reported that the shooting of the upcoming movie would begin from next year in 01 February. But then James Gunn denied these rumors and said it is false on social media.
It is still not fixed when the filming of Guardians of Galaxy Vol. 3 begins. We will keep updating you.
Release Date
Marvel did not set a particular date for Guardians of The Galaxy Vol.3 till now. Unfortunately, we still have to wait for the upcoming film for a long time. The production can take place sometime in 2024, so it will take a lot of time to complete.
Sources are saying that there are chances for it to release in late 2024 or early 2024. But now nothing is confirmed from the side of Marvel.

Story Details
The forthcoming film is going to be very different from the previous parts. This time Gamora is different as she is from the past, so we will see her reuniting with the Guardians. Chris Hemsworth will also come back to do a cameo in the movie as he also becomes a member of the team.
This film will introduce Adam Warlock in MCU as we saw in the post-credit scenes of the second movie, Ayesha is developing something which she will use for killing the Guardians, and she said, in the end, Adam, so we can expect for it to happen.
