Fans will have to wait longer than originally expected for Fast and Furious 9 to hit theaters. Universal originally came out with the film on April 19, 2019, before retiring and giving it to Hobbs & Shaw. F9 was then placed on May 22, 2024, but the coronaviruses arrived to disorganize Hollywood, prompting the sequel to complete around April 2, 2024.
