Wonder Woman 1984: Diana Capturing Maxwell Lord In The Latest Picture, Have A Look

Diana Prince (Gal Gadot) captures Maxwell Lord (Pedro Pascal) in his Lasso of Truth in a new Wonder Woman 1984 image.

Directors Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot reunited for the hugely successful 2017 that was Wonder Woman. Another superhero movie from the 1980s, the upcoming Warner Bros. and DC Films project, featured the title character at the height of the Cold War between the United States and the Soviet Union. The new era brings new enemies to the hero, including Pedro Pascal, a powerful evil businessman.

Originally released last November

Warner Bros. pushed Wonder Woman from June to June this year because they had always wanted summer releases like Wonder Women. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus epidemic that has left Hollywood stagnant, its release has been delayed yet again, albeit only a few months earlier in August. In any case, the Wonder Woman 1984 marketing campaign continues with the release of some high-resolution images.

Empire Magazine (via Mikhail Villareal) unveiled three new promotional styles from the Jenkins-directed DCEU movie in Wonder Woman 1984.

The first features Diana in the middle of the fight, while the second reveals Barbara Ann Minerva, aka Cheetah (Kristen Wiig), walks down a street with a significantly different aesthetic than previous images in the film. However, the most interesting thing was the image of God linked to Wonder Woman’s truth tie.

The image of God is related to the battle of Diana and the Cheetah that was revealed before the same departure.

At the time of the fight, the two women face each other, while God can be seen on the floor free from captivity. Seeing him, the cheetah came to his rescue. This further indicates that God and Minerva are in some kind of relationship.

A different image released last month saw the two sharing intimate moments. While the true nature of their relationship is unclear, the cheetah may be somewhat attracted to God, forcing him to cross over to Diana. In the first Wonder Woman 1984 trailer, the women appear to be close to each other, and Minerva even asks if Princess Themyskaren has ever been in love.

Marketed as a dream salesman, Monsieur de Pascal could well have seduced Minerva into working for him, or at least, knowing of his friendship with Diana, of his fascination. Take advantage Use it to find the Amazon goddess, most likely for the dire cause. Finally, the character is presented as elimination of greed. Outside of previous players, it’s also funny how Steve Trevor (Chris Pine) fits into all of this. Aside from the question of how she can return from the dead, it’s still unclear how she influences Wonder Woman 1984.
