WATCHMEN SEASON 2 CANCELED
Well, according to makers the show has not been canceled but it was a collective decision not to continue with the sereis, Casey Bloys Programming chief of HBO said, ‘Damon has been a huge support and it is Damon’s creative decision not to continue with the series, he is very proud of the series but it wouldn’t be possible without Damon’.
According to Damon the story of Watchmen is complete and he has asked HBO to continue the series even without his involvement but HBO has taken a stand not to and we all will have to stand by their decision.
Watchmen has been a good stepping stone for HBO they have yet again proved that they believe in the story above commerce and this has shown great results in the launch of HBO Max as well.
Fans were expecting a season 2 for the show but now that it has been confirmed that the show is canceled fans will have to be okay with it, the show is available on HBO Max for all the people who haven’t seen it yet.
