The Magicians is based on Lev Grossman’s best selling novels, which come with the same name, The Magicians. The show began its 5th season in January 2024, and the season is supposed to meet its end by April 1.
The Magicians season 5 came out with their 7th episode called “Acting Dean.” “The series is based upon a group of 20 students from Brakebills University who have recently discovered their abilities and traits of being a magician in the cast of their evil shadows”.

The plot of season five episode seven “Acting Dean” has been a very interesting twist in the story, here we see The Dark King and to our surprise, he looks disappointed to look at the villains as compared to the other villains and how a villain is supposed to perform.
Not of only this further in this episode, we see Penny and Julia breaking up, and to our surprise, we later find out that this Julia belongs to a different timeline, this episode has been filled with surprises and twists.
Upcoming next we see Dean Fogg being very weird, aloof and mysterious all along during the episode, however, we later find out that his real intentions have been to apologize and make sure he sends his daughter to Brakebills.
NEW UPDATES ON SEASON 5
We are expecting a lot more mystery and plot twists for the upcoming episodes, Syfy has also bid goodbye to the show post season five, and the show will be coming to an end which makes all the fans a little sad.
Syfy has already begun to search for potential replaces for the channel, and we are going to see “Vagrant Queen,” Resident Alien,” and “Chucky,” as some of the replaces for The Magicians.
