If you don’t know, Legacy is a spin-off from The Originals spin-off from The Vampire Diaries (both on Netflix at the moment, for your information).
It was produced by Julie Plec and Danielle Rose Russell, Kaylee Bryant, and Matthew Davis, among many others. He is a young artist set in a school, who follows Hope, a young daughter of a vampire and a wolf who is heading to college.
The series has already been renewed by a third and will begin in late 2024 (currently).
Season 1 arrived on Netflix, in the United States, at least on April 8, 2019. Exactly one week after its season finale on The CW. It was one of several debut shows for CW in the 2018/19 era with other Dark and Charmed reboots.
This year, the show begins once again in its regular fall space.
New episodes will begin releasing weekly starting October 10, 2019, though it’s been given an extended season of 20 episodes instead of 16.
Will Legacies leave Netflix?
You may have heard rumors that CW content is leaving Netflix in the US. But it certainly isn’t, at least not yet.
In fact, Netflix’s relationship with CW is changing starting this year, but that doesn’t mean the current show will be suspended.
The license has been changed to a legacies contract, which means that until the show has new seasons, Netflix will continue to host them.
When will Legacies season 2 be on Netflix US?
We now have confirmation that the second season of Legacy will be available to stream on Netflix on Friday, April 3, 2024.
Are there Legacies in the other Netflix arena?
Legacies are available to stream on Netflix in the United States, as it was due to a production agreement with The CW. In March 2024, he also landed on Netflix in Argentina, and Season 2 is likely to arrive in a year.
Other area distribution agreements are few and far between. For example, in the UK market, the show is not for sale.
