Well, its been 12 long years since the last Indiana Jones: Kingdom of Crystal Skull movie came out, fans have waited a long time to hear something about the new Indiana Jones 5, which will sweep you right from the floor.
A reboot of Indian Jones has been in the talks for over a decade, but in 2016 it was officially confirmed that the world would be getting a sequel to Indiana Jones, and fans have been waiting to hear more about the project ever since!
The core team of writer George Lucas, producer Steven Spielberg and the only star of the project Harrison Ford, screenwriter David Koepp have all spoken about the sequel somewhere or the other. James Mangold will be seen as the director of the project.
INDIANA JONES 5 RELEASE DATE
A question everybody has been asking around since 2016 is when will Indiana Jones 5 be released? Well, we are going to answer all your doubts today.
The movie was initially supposed to release in July of 2019, but that didn’t happen, the film was given a new release date of July 10th, 2024, but unfortunately, Disney has pushed the release date another year.
The new updated release date was July 9th, 2024, but looking at the current scenario, the release has been further pushed to July 29th, 2024.
The movie has had a lot of issues with writers and shootings schedule and so the delay was inevitable, Ford in a statement said: “We’ve got some scheduling issues and a few script things to do but we are determined to get it right before we get it made.”

When asked about the plot for Indiana Jones 5, Ford said, It is going to be interesting to see the movie in a different light, he also added saying it will be fun and a good thing to do.
We have no clues about what Indiana Jones will feature this time, could it be the moon? Or astronauts? We will have to find out once the trailer is out!
