The first season of American Horror Story was released in 2011. Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk created the show. The show has so far had 9 seasons in total. Happily, the show was renewed for the tenth season on 3 August 2019. On 26 February 2024, Ryan Murphy revealed the cast members of season 10 of the show via his Instagram account. Here are the cast members of American Horror Story season 10:
Kathy Bates
Kathy Bates has shared the screen in five seasons of the nine earlier seasons of the show, with her standout character arguably being Coven‘s racially accused killer Madame Delphine LaLaurie. Kathy Bates was not on the AHS: 1984, but she is sure to return in season 10 of the show.
Macaulay Culkin
It is interesting to say that Macaulay Culkin is to perform first-time American Horror Story actor in Season 10’s main cast.
Leslie Grossman
Leslie Grossman joined the cast of American Horror Story as Meadow Wilton in Cult, and she followed that up with starring characters in Apocalypse and 1984 of the show so that she will be returning in season 10 of the show.
Billie Lourd
Billie Lourd has also been confirmed for season 10 of the show. She made her debut as Winter Anderson in Cult, and she stars in Apocalypse and 1984. She is set to return in the tenth season of the show.
Sarah Paulson
Jessica Lange, unfortunately, was not in 1984, which was the very first season she did not appear in. Thankfully, she is also set to return in season 10 of the show.
The creator of the show also named Adina Porter, Lily Rabe, Angelica Ross, and Finn Wittrock to be a part of the cast in season 10 of the show.
There are clearly a large number of American Horror Story familiars that are not on this list, such as Denis O’Hare, Angela Bassett, and Emma Roberts, as well as fan-favorites like Matt Bomer and Cody Fern. It’s also fascinating to know that Ross is the only one of 1984‘s new recruits to land a starring role in Season 10 of the show. We also expect to see some cast members of previous seasons and guest stars to return in season 10 of the show.
