A Quiet Place 2 Has A New Release Date? Here’s What We Know

A Quiet Place 2 Will Be Delayed

By March 20, practically all cinemas in the USA and many markets abroad, including China, were closed. It is still not clear when they will reopen; many predict that the blackout will continue until May and June.

Following the 2018 silent blockbuster A Quiet Place in North America, March 20 was scheduled to hit theater shows combined with a regular release in various international markets.

Krasinski has written and directed a film that stars Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe, original castmembers. Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou are among the newcomers.

Paramount, along with the launch on Tuesday of a new A Quiet Place Part II, moved the Tom Cruise tentpole Top Gunn: Maverick, among other items, from June to December.

Although the release of A Quiet Place 2 was initially scheduled for March 20, 2024, due to a global coronavirus pandemic. The date of the film has now moved to September 4, 2024.

A Quiet Place 2 will answer some big questions about the monsters and add new survivors, according to the sequel star Henry.
