The Falcon And The Winter Soldier: Stuntman Hints On Bucky’s Future In MCU

The stuntman of “The Falcon and The Winter Soldier,” John Nania, has shown some scenes of epic action for the highly anticipated series of Disney Plus, implying a future for Bucky Barnes beyond the production of streaming. Maybe John Nania is not a name you recognize now, but as a stuntman for Sebastian Stan, it has contributed much to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The stunt double recently appeared on The Screen Forum podcast and was asked how much longer he plans to continue performing stunts for the actor who plays Bucky Barnes.

What plans does Marvel have for Bucky Barnes?

Having worked on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier, John Nania will indeed have a glimpse of what is to come after Bucky Barnes, aka The Winter Soldier, and hinted at it by answering the previous question.

“There are a lot of things I still have to do, and there are many I want to do. I don’t think Winter Soldier is completely finished in the Marvel universe, there is still much more to do and I hope to be a part of it.”

Sebastian Stan’s stuntman would later praise the Disney Plus series cast, recently delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic, and promised that fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe can expect plenty of epic action.

“Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Emily VanCamp, Daniel Brühl, I’ve seen these guys act really and I mean professionals. When you work with them, you see why these characters are so amazing and we see them in a completely different way.”

The Marvel Productions member added: “I’ve been a part of some ambitious things in the past, but this really could be the most ambitious project I’ve ever worked on.”

This all sounds incredible, and now we are left with only hope that Marvel Studios can finish the job on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier to finally see these actions for ourselves.
