Morbius was supposed to get its theatre release in July 2024. The current situation around the world due to the spread of the Corona Virus has led the production house to postpone the release date of the movie. The film will now hit the theatres on March 19, 2024.
Plot Of Morbius
Dr Michael Morbius is a brilliant biochemist. He turns into a vampire when he tries a risky experiment to cure his rare blood disorder. The experiment does not cure him. Instead, he is afflicted with pseudo-vampirism, mimicking the creatures of the vampire legend.
Morbius supernatural, horror anti-hero. He is not after power or wealth. He is looking for ways to survive. He is forced to drink human blood as it is the only way he can survive.
The film will trace the origins of how a brilliant biochemist turned into a blood-sucking vampire.
Who Are The Part Of The Cast?
Jared Leto will portray the character of Dr Michael Morbius who turns into a vampire. Actor Matt Smith will play Loxias Crown who is a companion of Morbius and suffers from a similar blood disorder. Adria Arjona will play the role of Martine Bancroft who is Morbius’ life partner. Jared Harris will be playing the role of Morbius’ guide and mentor.
