She was under the impression that she was protecting Villanelle, but Villanelle had a pistol and could protect herself. With the murder, Villanelle planned to run away with Eve. In a sneak peek, Eve was seen talking to some new people who do not appear to be MI6 agents. It seems that Eve will be looking into The Twelve.
3. Villanelle’s obsession with Eve
Eve and Villanelle started as enemies. They then became allies and started working together. It turned out that Carolyn had manipulated them to work together to kill a target. Concluding Season 2, Villanelle shoots Eve and is happy that she is dead. But since Eve is alive, things will be different. Will they figure things out or be rivals?
4. New Writer
Each season of the show has been written by a female writer. British writer Suzanne Heathcote is the writer of Season 3. She is the story writer, executive-producer, and showrunner of the current season.
