The Handmaid’s Tale Season 4: 5 Things To Know About The New Season

Season 4 of the Handmaid’s Tale will be formally released on Hulu, as another dystopian drama series is expected to take place later this year. Upon his return, there are many hypotheses about the future of the show. Nonetheless, the new series will inevitably carry on from the cliffhanger in season three, which saw the children of Gilead free June Osborne (played by Elisabeth Moss). This is all fans need to know about the next series up to now, including a possible release date.

When Will Handmaid’s Tale Season 4 Release?

There is no official news yet about the fourth season of The Handmaid’s Tale on Hulu.

After 2017, the previous seasons have been released once a year.

If the fourth series follows the same format as the previous seasons, the show could be seen in 2024.

But one of the show’s editors, Wendy Hallam-Martin, announced in Mayday that the series would start production only in March.

This could lead to a delay in the series until later in 2024.

Who Be Will In The Cast Of Handmaid’s Tale Season 4?

There is still no news of who will come back to The Handmaid’s Tale for the fourth series.

The bulk of the main cast will return for another season.

Elisabeth Moss as June Osborne, Yvonne Strahovski, as Serena Joy and Ann Dowd as Aunt Lydia are expected to do so.

Individual potential cast members are O.T. Fagbenle as Luke, Alexis Bledel, and Emily as Commander Waterford, and Joseph Fiennes.

Yet Rita (played by Amanda Brugel) will not return after the star has reported the news.

What Would Be The Plot Of Handmaid’s Tale Season 4?

The third handmaid’s Tale has only just finished airing on Hulu, so the course of the story is not clear yet.

The following series will probably take up the cliffhanger at the end of the third season when June (played by Elisabeth Moss) was swept away by her fellow servants.

The children have managed to escape and move to Canada, so we will possibly see more in the new season.

The final episode also arrested Serena (Yvonne Strahovski), who will affect their future next season.

MGM and Hulu have now also revealed that the sequel novel The Testaments also would be adapted to a television series, but when or if it’s part of Season Four is not yet clear.
