Damon Lindelof showrunner of Watchmen is hoping that the show will return for Watchmen 2, this series is based on a graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons, the show has been a superhit show since it premiered.
The show has won over a large number of audience and has been able to gain alot of good reviews and ratings with the massive popularity that the show gained it is evident that the show will be back with a season 2, however, Damon mentioned that he wouldn’t be returning as showrunner for the show. The series has been kept as an HBO limited series ever since.

DAMON LINDELOF ON THE POSSIBILITY OF WATCHMEN SEASON 2
In a recent interview, Damon disused the possibility of Watchmen returning for a season two; however, he has no plans on returning!
In the interview, Damon mentioned that he is glad fans have given so much love and support to the show and he would do everything in his power to see the show coming back for a season two, but that would not be with him.
As fans already know that the show was able to finish their original storyline by the end of season one, but still there is a room open for possibilities, actors like Regina would like to be a part of season 2 but only if she knows how the story ends for her character.
Watchmen season one was a delight, and we would suggest all the fans to watch it if they haven’t already, we are sure they would be hooked onto it from the very beginning.
