See On Apple TV+? Season 2? Here’s What We Know

Now that See season 1 has come to an end, viewers are curious about season 2. Steven Knight’s Apple TV+ series directed by Francis Lawrence is a futuristic world where people get blind and don’t care about what has happened on Earth in the distant past.

See season 1 stars of Jason Momoa of Apple as Baba Voss, leader of the Alkenny tribe. He is married to Maghera, Kofun (Archie Madekwe), and Haniwa (Nesta Cooper), Kofun’s adopted father, who grew out from the eye and became the father of a mysterious man named Jerlamarel. In the meantime, Kingdom tyrant Payan, nicknamed Tamacti June’s (Christian Camargo), is doing dirty work for Queen Kane.

See season 1 of the main character survival strategies that solve the mysteries of Kofun and Haniwa’s families. At the end of season 1, Kofun and Haniwa are heading to the House of Light in Jerlamarel from Baba Voss. We mourn Maghera’s passing, which was seen to be alive and well, as her niece.

Renewal Status:

On November 7, Apple officially revealed the order for season 2 and new installments for Both Mankind and Dickinson. These three shows were picked up long before, though.

Release Date:

Since Apple TV+ is a new subscription service, it is not clear how new seasons are produced. However, Apple has recently invested 240 million dollars both in season 1 and in season 2.

Unless Apple has already shot and completed new scripts, it would seem unlikely that See Season 2 was released in 2024. However, before an official announcement is made, Apple TV + subscribers can not exclude a possible return date from November 2024.

Cast Details:

The cast of season 2 includes:

  • Jason Momoa as Baba Voss
  • Alfre Woodard as Paris
  • Sylvia Hoeks as Queen Kane
  • Hera Hilmar as Magra
  • Christian Camargo as Tamacti
  • Nesta Cooper as Haniwa
  • Yadira Guevara Prip as Bow Lion

Plot Details:

In the House of Enlightenment, Jerlamarel betrays his children and would like to send Haniwa away to a general. It appears that Baba Voss saves Kofun, and Jerlamarel blinds accidentally. A climate moment is also a time when Tamacti Jun comes up to take vengeance against Maghra and Queen Kane from the ashes of a burning house.

For season 2, the core conflict will likely be the inevitable confrontation between Baba Voss and Edo and the attempts of Haniwa to secure protection. In the Payan kingdom, Maghera faces a possible revolt because of Tamacti Jun’s survival. Get ready for season 2 on Apple TV+ for a dramatic match between Baba Voss ‘outsiders’ band and the smart Maghera clan.
