Everybody has their eyes on the next season of Lucifer, and we hope it will arrive shortly. However, this time Lucifer will be much more special and will be a treat to watch as the plot signified for a possible reunion.
Renewal Process
However, the show got renewed a year ago, and still, we don’t have anything new on the Devil. Tom Ellis celebrated the renewal in his nomadic style, and we had the same reaction when we heard about the renewal.

Expected Release Date
However, it is evident that Coronavirus hit hard and almost cripple the film industry. The Projects keep on delaying and delaying and release dates getting pushed further until everything gonna is alright. So we might say that Lucifer also dealing with the same case and filming process still lagging behind the desired schedule. But if we talk about a potential release date, then the show will likely release next fall now. And if everything will be in favor, then we can expect Season 5 in September or October this fall.

Expected Plot
Now we are focusing on the center of attention as what could happen in Season 5. It is evident that Lucifer returned to hell at the end of last season, and now he is looking for its return on earth. Presumably, he will seek revenge from his dad and try for another rebellion. We are concluding this because next season will feature the appearance of real God in the show, and we can expect a face-off between them.
So sit tight, Lucifer could be around here any moment, and we can still count on it this year release. So sit tight and wait for the return of the Devil.
