Hulu is all ready to come up with their new series called Love, Victor this is a transition show for the 2018 release Love, Simon and fans are super excited to hear all about the release date and other news about the show.
RELEASE DATE FOR LOVE, VICTOR SEASON 1 ON HULU
Love, Simon was all set to premiere on June 19 on Hulu. Still, the date has been shifted to June 18 to show respect for Juneteenth, a national holiday to show the emancipation of enslaved African Americans the change has also been made keeping in mind the murder of George Floyd and the ‘Black Lives Matter’ campaign.
Hulu on Twitter has shown incredible support for the Black Lives Matter campaign as in the wake of that they release a statement saying ‘This date represents an important turning point for our nation and human rights, and we believe that now, more than ever, it deserves to have its day in the spotlight.’
WHAT IS LOVE, VICTOR ABOUT?
Love, Victor is all adapted from the popular adult book called Love, Simon, the story revolves around the protagonist Victor as he moves to a new school Creekwood High School, we will see him struggling through his home life adjusting to a new school and Victor learning about his sexual orientation.
Earlier it was set to release on Disney+, but Disney decided that the show will be suitable for a more mature audience so it shifted to Hulu.
