On February 15, 2015, the spy drama series ‘Fouda’ took over the Israeli television scene and received a great response from the audience and critics.
On December 2, 2016, Netflix released a political thriller for its international audience. The show is projected as the West Bank has the cable, ‘due to its entertaining narrative, well-written characters, high-octane action sequences, and responsible approach to reflect the divide between Israel and Palestine.
The release date of Fauda season 4
Fouda Season 3 premiered on Netflix on April 16, 2024. Before its launch on Netflix, the season premiered on December 26, 2019, and sold out on March 12, 2024, after airing 12 episodes.
As for season 4, here we know what it is. Given the overwhelming response from audiences around the world, the show will be renewed. Plus, there is still enough real-life footage left for the creators, Lior Raz and Avi Issacaroff, to explore in season four. So, once the show is renewed, we expect ‘Fouda’ Season 4 to launch sometime in 2024 on Netflix.
The storyline of the Fauda season 4
In Season 3, Doron and his unit enter Gaza, where Doron adopts the identity of Abu Fadi, a boxing coach. He takes responsibility for training Bashar Hamdan, an amateur boxer, only to win the hand of Hamas militant Abu Fauji. Throughout the season, members of the unit face many failures and also lose one of their own, Avihai. In the end, Bashar is captured by the police, but before that, he kills Yara to teach Doron a lesson in his treason.
Season 4 may end after the end of Season 3. A devastated and exhausted Doron might reflect on his impulsive decisions, which somehow caused the avid team member, Avihai. We can expect the unit to take time to honor the AV’s legacy. Since Doron is burning from within, he can avenge the death of Ave and Yara, resulting in much chaos. Therefore, you can stay in Gaza or prepare in the West Bank for new missions.
Who all can be seen in Fauda Season 4?
Except for a few, most season 3 cast members can claim their roles in season 4.
Co-creator Leonard Rez will surely reprise Doron Kavillio, a commander of the Mista’Arvim unit. Neta Garty can return to the role of Gali Kavilio, Doron’s iconic wife. Doron Ben-David may revisit the role of Steve, while Yaakov Zada Daniel may revisit the role of Eli. Rona-Lee Shim may reappear as’ Nurit, the only female member of Doron’s unit.
