In fact, filming has ended, post-production continues, and we’re on our way to an incredible comeback for Mando and The Child this October. Incredible? For starters, Boba Phet can return. Ahora Tano’s live debut of The Clone Wars releases, lightsabers confirm, and some of the best directors on the planet are teaming up to come to Disney Plus and you’re watching TV highlights. But we get ahead of the news headlines.
More information on Ahsoka’s role in The Mandalorian Season 2 has been revealed
Star Wars News Net, which has an unbiased track record with these kinds of firsts, has revealed that Ahsoka will be producing a lightsaber this season and may even find some remnants of the empire that still remain. They are scattered throughout the galaxy and eventually form in the first order. But unlike his rebellious appearance, the all-white ensemble, the character (played by Rosario Dawson) will wear a grey hood, perhaps his return in favour of the Jedi.
Mandalorian season 2 release date
Although we don’t yet have an exact release date for Mandorian season 2 as of October, we can make a guess. Since the Disney Plus, original series almost always launches on Fridays, including last year’s Mandalorian and Clone War season 7 in early 2022, we’d expect the same to happen this time. This means that season 2 should recover.

Mandalorian season 2 story
The first season finale: Mando Moff managed to escape from Gideon’s clutches and out of the world with Baby Yoda, officially known as The Child. He is tasked with raising the mysterious creature as forms of himself and the Mandalorian Code.
Meanwhile, the Mandalorians could force Gideon into a hard landing, but he got a chance to show off his light burger, the Darksaber. Gideon used the weapon to loosen himself from the wreckage of his ship and is about to set out for revenge. Gideon still keeps his eyes on The Child for reasons that are still unknown.
