The police were called to a fast-food restaurant on the night of June 12 after Brooks, who is black, fell asleep in his car. During the clash with the officers, he took the taser and fled before being hit. As previously reported, Rolfe is accused of being shot by Brooks when he lay down on the ground after shooting.
