Renewal update: Altered Carbon has not yet been renewed for season 3, although this is not uncommon for Netflix. The streaming service usually announces a new decision for your program from a few weeks to a few months. News about season 3 of Altered Carbon can be expected by the end of April 2024.

Altered Carbon Season 2 was not announced until July 2018, five months after the launch of the first season. If Altered Carbon Season 3 experiences similar rays, fans may have to wait until 2024. The return of Takeshi, but with the decision to renew quickly, is more likely to be launched in late 2024.
