Chicago officers have revealed the pictures of 5 suspects who were involved in a fatal shooting
According to the sources, Chicago police on Wednesday released images of five suspects allegedly involved in the deadly shooting at a South Side pancake shop on Sunday.
Devon Welch, 31, was murdered amidst a brunch with his girlfriend and three-week-old baby when five people opened fire in a large tent at Lumes Pancake House in Morgan Park, according to as reported by sources. Four other people were injured and survived.
Police said the five suspects arrived an hour before closing time, claiming the target of the shooting was a Welshman.
The witnesses claimed that the suspects fired the gun 30 times
Eyewitnesses said they heard 30 shots.
According to officers, a 43-year-old elderly woman was wounded in the abdomen and buttocks, a 32-year-old woman was injured in the thigh and a 32-year-old man was wounded in the thigh. A 30-year-old woman was injured in the leg and was being treated at Mary’s Little Company Hospital.
Police also posted a photo of the dark Lexus SUV as an “interesting vehicle”. It was originally rumored to be a white SUV.
