A Utah based man is sent behind the bars for allegedly producing inappropriate child videos
A man from Utah was jailed on charges of producing child inappropriate films from his home and molesting a 4-year-old boy – and filming it – in a church.
Charges for the crime
21-year-old Thomas Michael Wallin faces three counts of physical exploitation of a child and one aggravated offense against a child: first-degree offense.
The man claimed that he molested a young boy
The reports say Wallin was arrested on Tuesday and admitted to producing the child inappropriate videos. He also told investigators that in December 2019 he assaulted a boy at the meetinghouse of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The affidavit says he was filming the violence that took place during the funeral.
Wallin said he is an authorized, unarmed security guard and has no disciplinary action.
Wallin was sent behind the bars by federal authorities and is being held in the Salt Lake City-County Jail.
