1. IT
The TI miniseries was the first to feature Pennywise on screen. The show takes a look at the book quite carefully: It includes all seven members of the Luxor Club, both children and adults, as they battle Pennywise. Although she omitted some important moments, such as the death of Adrian Mellon and the Chud ritual, she does a great job capturing the essence of the King’s novel. Although the film’s special effects are more advanced than advances in technology, Tim Curry’s version of Pennywise is often considered the best version of the Joker.
2. The Stand:
While a show about an epidemic that wiped out most of humanity can be a difficult subject, The Stand is a compelling look at human nature and the struggle for good and evil. These four-part towers follow a handful of survivors as they travel the nation with Mata Abagel or the sinful Randall Flagg. The last humans left in the world are a battle between good and evil. Aside from this miniseries, which came out in 1994, The Stand was also rebooted. The reboot includes Whoopi Goldberg, Alexander Skarsgard, Greg Kinnear, and Merlin Manson.
3. Mr. Mercedes:
The show follows retired detective Bill Hodges as he struggles to cope with the trauma of a case he couldn’t solve: Mr. Mercedes, a man who drove a car into a building and killed 16 people. The man, a psychologist named Harry Treadaway, did not climb Hodges and soon begins a game of cat and mouse with the detective.
The show ran for three seasons and featured many of the novel’s plot points and characters, including Holly Gibney, the brilliant but eccentric private investigator who is a major character in the book The Outsiders and the show.
4. Soul Katsu:
An American author of adult fiction, his book Er the Hunger is one of America’s most fascinating historical moments in a tense and fun moment: the donor party with a supernatural twist. In fact, it was recommended by Stephen King on his social media. Katsu comes up with another book about the Titanic and her sister’s British ship: The Deep.
5. Dean Koontz:
As an American author, Contos’ works are advertised as suspense thrillers, but often include elements of horror, fantasy, science fiction, suspense, and satire. Several of his books have appeared on the New York Times bestseller list, with 14 hardcovers and 16 paperbacks in number one status.
