The Fort Worth Police have arrested a man who was shooting at passing cars on a busy freeway.
Jorge Gonzalez has been taken into custody by the police for allegedly shooting into oncoming traffic and the air on Christmas night near the service road of Sycamore School Road and South Freeway southbound.
Police said that the 43-year-old Gonzalez then climbed onto the roof of a home before police were able to get him down and take him to prison.
The shooter informed the police where the additional weapon are, and the police were able to locate them.
The officers found one rifle in a yard by a wooded fence/gate, and a handgun was left in Gonzalez’s vehicle that was left on the side of a nearby building.
The officers located the vehicle, and officers obtained a weapon.
Rossy Munoz was one of the people on the street whose car was hit by bullets.
She said that she and her 12-year-old daughter were in the vehicle.
She imagined that the first shot was a rock that struck them.
She had many small wounds, her hand, and leg, she thinks from where glass or shards of metal hit her.
