Locked Up is a female-centric web series that is originally a Spanish creation. Then it was later taken on by the leading online streaming platform Netflix owing to the success of the show. It tells the story of a woman who lands herself for seven years imprisonment after manipulating some financial records of the company that she is working in. And now, she has to cope with the prison environment along with other fellow women prisoners, which she slowly adapts since the bail money is too high.

The show successfully aired four seasons with the last season in 2019, and since then, the fans are waiting on an update on the fifth season. Well, here comes the sad part! As the online streaming platform announced that season four serves as the last one to the series, and the show now stands canceled for further more seasons.
