I am Not Okay With This is Netflix’s newest production which twirls around a supernatural dark humor theme which is hitting off with the audience well, this series is an adaptation of the comic book which goes by the similar name “I am Not Okay With This written by Charles Forsman.
Netflix has begun its production for season 1 of the series on June 10, 2019, and we have Jonathan Entwistle on the director’s seat, the first season of this series arrived on February 26, 2024. It was an instant hit with the audience, the series has been appreciated worldwide, and we cannot wait for season two!
We have Jonathan Entwistle, and Christy Hall as the main brains behind the successful series and both of them are also the executive producers of the show beside Dan Levine, Dan Cohen, Shawn Levy, and Josh Barry.
THE PLOT OF I AM NOT OKAY WITH THIS
The plot of the series pays emphasis on “Sydney, a young girl, traveling the trials and trials of high school while meeting the problems of her family, her budding desire, and strange superpowers just beginning to awaken deep within her.”
WILL THE SHOW GET A SECOND SEASON?
Just like us, all the fans have been waiting to hear about a renewal of the show, but so far we have no news about a season two but looking at the popularity, and how well the show has done in such a short time, there is significant hope for a season two.
Netflix usually takes time to announce a renewal, but in this case, we guess we might hear the good news in no time!
As far as the plot goes, we will see Sydney venturing out into her superpowers and we will see how her desires and problems take her places unknown.
