Officially a special Friends meeting is underway, and Friends fans can’t wait to see Ross, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, and Joey together on a small screen. And, of course, it’s not going to be the actual characters coming back, but the actors-they’re going to go back together on one or more shows and reflect about the sitcom that set the 90s for the series and their experience.
While it may not be a complete revival, it is still a number, and it is an inspiration to many viewers to come back to the issue of whether we will again see the show on the air. Revivals and reboots have been all the rage over the last year, and there is no question that if they get back, friends would be massive, but that will be a good idea for the series or the actors.
It Is A 1 Hour Long Special Episode
A single episode is only available to Friends on Warner Bros ‘HBO Max Streaming Service. Of course, and Warner Bros. wanted something to get people on board at $14.99 a month with HBO Max. The perfect formula to draw audiences appears to have been found: two Gellers, one Bing, one Greene, one Buffay, and one Tribiani.
The special takes an hour and is going to be an unscripted program. In other words, the actors will focus on it; otherwise, between now and May, the plans will change. And the people behind the production agree to go for an actual script — to publish a tale to portray where friends will be living more than a decade later.
Focusing on its release date, it will start precisely when, for example, the HBO Max streaming service goes live in May 2020, and no further information is currently available.
