The Avengers: Endgame movie was the farewell to some Marvel superheroes, namely Iron Man played by Robert Downey Jr., and Black Widow played by Scarlett Johansson.
Attention SPOILERS!
One of the most shocking moments in Avengers: Endgame was the death of Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson), as the heroine sacrificed herself so that Hawkeye could live and get her family back when they had to claim the Soul Stone. Luckily they have decided to release a new solo Black Widow movie so that we can say goodbye to the character as he deserves.
In a recent interview, Scarlett Johansson said that she liked Natasha’s ending and explained that she feels it was the only option the Avenger had, given everything that had happened to her in the past.
The Movie Did Not Fire The Character As She Deserved:
One of the few negative points of Avengers: Endgame is that the death of Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) did not have a proper farewell. Especially if we compare it with Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) Luckily we will have one last chance to see her at the movies.
According to the latest rumors, the Black Widow movie will serve as Scarlett Johansson to take over from Florence Pugh and her character Yelena Belova. Although the actress herself hasn’t said, it’s definitely over, so there could be some surprises down the line. But it seems that, for now, the film will close the book of his journey in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Black Widow was initially planned to get released on October 28, but now it seems that the movie will premiere on November 6, 2024, in the theatres in the U.S. Cate Shortland serves as the director of the movie while it stars Scarlett Johansson, Rachel Weisz, Florence Pugh, David Harbor, Ray Winstone and, William Hurt.
