Ben Affleck: Batman Return In The Flash Confirmed!

Ben Affleck will once again surprise his role as Batman in The Flash, and this return explains why Robert Pattinson’s version of the Caped Crusader may exist in the DC Extended Universe. Connected universes are now very common in the movie industry, but the most popular are still superheroes.

DC wasted no time creating their own, debuting in 2013 with Jack Snyder Man of Steel, who introduced Henry Cavill as the new Clark Kent / Superman. The second DCEU movie, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, saw Cavill’s Superman take on a new Batman, now played by Ben Affleck, but this was not the huge success that Warner Bros. expected.

Details about Flash Film:-

Flash will bring the multiverse to the big screen, a concept already established on the television side of the DCEU through the story of “Crisis on Infinite Earths,” where Ezra Miller’s Flash Grant came face to face in Gustin’s version. The film will explore this multiverse by bringing back two different versions of Tim Burton’s 1989 Batman movie and Ben Affleck’s Batman: Michael Keaton. This explains how Robert Pattinson’s Batman and Ben Affleck can exist in the DCEU, as they are from different branches of the same universe.

When Ben should be added as Batman?

According to close sources, it is important to add Affleck’s Batman because it is Batman who knows Miller’s Flash, so his presence is necessary as a starting point for exploring other Batman worlds in the Multiverse. Now, while the versions of Affleck and Keaton are confirmed to appear in the film, it is unknown if Pattinson will have a surprise appearance in it. By then, Pattinson would have made his debut as The Caped Crusader in The Batman, so he could appear in The Flash, which was scheduled to be released a year later. Or simply The Flash may include a reference to Pattinson’s Batman, perhaps as an Easter egg for fans.

What the Multiverse and The Flash will do to him and the different Batman makes it easy for Keaton and Affleck to go back and not mess with what Reeves is doing to the character. Pattinson’s version doesn’t have to adapt to the continuation of the DCEU and Affleck’s victory has to change and make sense for Pattinson, allowing studios to explore different versions of some of the most popular DC Comics characters. However, Ben Affleck’s future in the DCEU after the Flash unknown, and this could be his last appearance as Batman.
