Riverside, California police booked a 31-year-old man suspected of assaulting a 12-year-old boy in a public bathroom on a Friday night
Ryan Funk and the boy found themselves homeless, according to the sources. The boy lived with his mother and brother in a car parked nearby.
He entered the bathroom at Hunter Hobby Park when Funk molested him. He informed his mother about the attack when he got back to their car.
