Charges against the suspect

Galvan is charged with one count of murder and three of assaulting a federal officer.

Tohono O’odham Nation said Brown has been a favorite police officer and has worked as a counselor for the Baboquivari Unified School District for the past 10 years. He was an Army veteran and left behind a wife, seven children, four adopted children, eight grandchildren, seven brothers, and his father.
