A new trailer is released of Supernatural
This is the end of the end. After going on hiatus for the past few months due to an epidemic of production shutdowns, The CW will resume its broadcast of the fifteenth and final season of Supernatural this fall. And this new trailer for the series’ long-running, record-breaking final episode shows the troubles that are yet to come for the Winchester brothers.
The 40-second promo, which you can watch in the player above, reminds us of the success the couple has had over the years. “All my life, you’ve protected me,” says Sam (Jared Padalecki) in a poignant clip to his brother, Dean who is far from promoting. “It’s the only thing I knew was true,” when he says in the flashback to come back. The season reached its 14th episode on March 15, previous to the coronavirus outbreak, forcing the CW to drag out of the schedule. Although filming was mostly completed, post-production could not continue until the quarantine ended. Filming will resume at the very last episodes in advance this month and could run till mid-September.
