The fantasy drama airs on the SyFy channel and revolves around Quentin Coldwater, who is joining Brekbill University for Magical Pedagogy. Here, he wants to improve his magical abilities.
In the process, Quentin is introduced to a real-world of magic and fantasy, which he believed existed only in childhood fairies. However, he also discovers that some residents of this parallel area may pose a threat to humanity. On the other hand, Quentin’s best friend Julia has no access to the facilities and is looking for another place that can recognize her talent.

Season 5 of The Magicians premiered on January 15, 2024, on the SyFy Channel. After a period of 13 episodes, he ended his career on April 1, 2024.
On March 3, 2024, Deadline reported that the creators of The Magicians had written the end of Season 5 to serve as the series’ overall conclusion. SyFy confirmed the news in a statement saying: “Magicians have been part of our Syfy family for five glorious seasons.
