NASA Issues Alert Over Asteroid Reaching Earth On July 24! Will It Collide?

Well, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) issued a warning that on July 26, a huge asteroid “Asteroid 2010 ND” will pass through Earth. Two asteroids confirmed by the Nasa are 2016 DY30 and 2024 ME3 which is expected to come on our planet this Sunday. Orbit (MOID) less than that is considered PHA. The distance from Earth classifies this asteroid as “potentially dangerous”.

Will It Collide?

The 2016 DY30 is the smaller of both asteroids because it is 15 feet wide astronomical units at a distance of 5.6 million kilometers. However, these asteroids do not consider two asteroids to be a threat to our planet. And it’s expected to come this 21 July. Well, sources said that there are many chances of both asteroids collided.

Other Details!!

NASA classifies objects like these as near-Earth objects because these celestial bodies are surrounded by gravitational attraction to other planets, resulting in proximity to our solar system. Asteroids are all on top of Earth, what astronomers call “near vision” trajectories.

This rock is flying in space at a speed of approximately 4.46 km per second or 9,976 mph. The good news is that no asteroid will get close enough to stop any threat to Earth. Well, nothing can be said more about it but we will tell you every new detail about it when we find it for sure, respectively.
