There are assumptions that Elite Season 4 will appear on Netflix in 2024, perhaps in the spring. Therefore, the list is likely to appear between September and October 2024.

There are plans to shoot 16 new Elite episodes from the spring and then release them in the second season. So each season will have eight episodes. Therefore, we can already expect the fourth season on Netflix in the last months of 2024 and we expect new episodes in 2024. These ideas and plans arose before Covid-19.
