Another person died in Baltimore blast is identified as a student
The second person died in a gas explosion in Baltimore.
As previously reported by the sources, on Monday morning after the explosion, the blast demolished the house he was in and a woman died; The blast reportedly destroyed two other residential buildings. Seven other people were reportedly fatally injured.
The woman who died in the blast was pregnant
Baltimore Fire Department spokesman Blair Adams told the sources that rescue teams found the second body early Tuesday morning. The victim was reportedly Joseph Graham, a Morgan State University student who was enrolling in his sophomore year.
Sources told the news station that the woman killed on Monday was pregnant and lived in a basement in one of the destroyed homes.
Investigators revealed the cause of the blast
Authorities continue to investigate the deadly explosion. Sources familiar with the investigation told the officers that the blast was not caused by a regulated gas pipeline, but by an “internal pipeline” feeding one of the homes, the report said.
Morgan State University has released a statement confirming Graham’s death.
